Capabilities Build Out

For organizations that need engineering capacity to turn the readiness roadmap into working capabilities.

A readiness finding is only useful if someone can implement the solution. Our engineering team works alongside yours to build the security and operational capabilities your 20x program depends on. We take the prioritized roadmap into architecture, infrastructure, configuration, and deployment work, with evidence generation considered throughout the implementation.

  • KSI-Aligned Architecture & Landing Zones Design the service boundary, landing zone, network segmentation, identity model, and shared responsibilities around the selected 20x profile. Make dependencies and inheritance explicit. Architecture decisions connect to the security outcomes your service must demonstrate and the evidence your team will maintain.
  • Security Capability Implementation Build or improve identity and access controls, logging, vulnerability management, configuration management, encryption, and incident-response integrations. Enable SIEM, host and container protections, and appropriate use of FIPS-validated cryptographic modules. Implementation is scoped to your technology stack and the gaps identified in readiness.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code & Delivery Workflows Develop repeatable infrastructure and configuration workflows that can be reviewed, versioned, and operated by your team. Integrate security checks and evidence outputs into CI/CD where appropriate. Keep the relationship between approved changes, deployed resources, and their security configuration visible.
  • Remediation Engineering & Technical Handoff Provide hands-on support for architecture gaps, configuration weaknesses, and findings identified during preparation or independent assessment. Validate the implemented change, capture supporting evidence, and update the associated operating guidance. Handoff includes the responsibilities and technical context needed to maintain the capability.

Engage the Enjinia Blade Division for a defined implementation effort or bring in Bitstream Merc engineering support for focused work. The scope follows the technical need, whether that is a landing zone build, an evidence integration, or a remediation sprint.
